Booking Your Session
A $50 booking fee is due at time of booking to secure your appointment time. This fee is non-refundable but will be applied to your session rate.
The balance of the session rate will be due in full 1 week prior to the session. I accept cash, check, and credit cards and offer short term payment plans.
Your session may be rescheduled due to illness, inclement weather, or personal emergency. If you choose to cancel your session completely, your Booking Fee will not be applied to future sessions. Future sessions will require a new booking fee.
I understand that illness can arise suddenly. However, please try to give as much advanced notice as possible if you need to reschedule.
I reserve the right to reschedule the session due to illness, inclement weather, or personal emergency. If the session cannot be rescheduled due to photographer cancellation, your session fee and booking fee will be refunded in full.
Re-Shoots/Refunds
If you are unhappy with your session, I will do one (1) re-shoot session. Any requests to re-shoot after that will incur a $75 re-shoot fee per instance. A consultation will be required prior to re-shoots to clarify your expectations and ensure that we are on the same page.
TSF is not responsible for Client’s outfit choice. Please choose your apparel wisely.
TSF is not responsible for uncooperative clients.
TSF does not guarantee any shot or pose. I will do everything in my power to capture the image requested, but not all clients can do every pose. I reserve the right to maintain creative authority over the session.
Once the service is rendered, the session fee is non-refundable. Prior to the session, if you should cancel your session, your session rate is refunded in full with the exception of the $50 booking fee.
In the event of equipment malfunction, theft, or loss TSF will re-shoot at no cost to the client. For sessions that are unable to be re-shot, (i.e. birth, weddings, events) your session fee will be refunded at 100% for total loss (no useable images) and 50% for partial loss (some useable images).
Digital Images & Prints
The Scarlet Fox Boudoir only retains images for 30 days before archiving. Any requests to pull images from archive will be charged a $30 Archival Fee. This Fee can be used as print credit on orders over $500.
Approximately 2-3 weeks after your session, we will meet again to reveal the final gallery from your session. This is the session that you will select and purchase your photographs, so please keep this in mind when preparing for this meeting. All decision making parties must be present or the session will be rescheduled. Your session fee covers 1 viewing session. Any additional viewing sessions will require a $25 appointment fee. This fee will be waived for appointments scheduled to re-order prints after an initial order has been made.
Payment for product is due at time of order unless a payment plan is in place. No product will be ordered from the lab until all payments are received.
I do not offer online galleries. All viewing sessions are to be conducted in person. Exceptions will be made to clients living further than 50 miles from TSF.
I will place your order through a trusted professional lab, and the products will be delivered directly to me for quality assurance. I will then set up a brief appointment with you to deliver and review the images as well as sign proof of delivery.

I will always strive to meet and exceed expectations regarding estimated lead times for your images. However, I do ask that you keep in mind that I do have a family that takes priority and I also work full time during the week. If either of those areas cause a delay in getting your images to you, I will notify you as soon as possible and I will work diligently to keep that delay to a minimum. I appreciate your understanding and patience.

Loyalty Program
Returning clients who book a session with The Scarlet Fox Boudoir every year, will receive 20% off of their Session Fee and 1 free gift print from TSF. Special pricing will begin at the 2nd annual shoot. Clients must book every year to receive this pricing. If a year is missed, the access to the loyalty program ends. Print Minimums for all sessions still apply.
Copyright Notice
The U.S. Copyright Act (Title 17, United States Code) is designed to protect photographers and other artists by granting them the exclusive right to distribute, copy, edit and publish their photography by license, transfer, or sale. The Copyright Act prohibits anyone from copying, scanning, editing or sharing photographic prints, images, or media without the written permission of the photographer. Violation of the Copyright Act can incur both civil and criminal penalties.
