When Two Souls Collide~ NJ Boudoir Photographer

You know that feeling you get when you realize you’re in the presence of a real love story? That’s how I felt during this session. These two are so in love and it’s so apparent by the way they look at each other.

It can feel very unromantic when you have a camera in your face and someone telling you what to do. Especially if you’re, you know, in bed with someone when that happens. However, I didn’t have to do much coaching. Just simply telling them to interact as they normally do, I was able to capture these genuinely sweet and sometimes steamy moments. ❤

What I love about this type of couple’s boudoir session is that the focus is definitely on the type of relationship these two have with each other. They clearly have a lot of passion for each other and know how to have fun together. 🙂

Just a Peek – NJ Boudoir Photographer

“When I lose a little weight, I’ll do a session.” “I’m too scared to get in front of the camera.” “Maybe once I get a little color, I’ll be comfortable posing.” “I’m not photogenic.” “I would be too embarrassed.” “I’m not pretty enough.” “I’m too fat.” “I’m too skinny.” “I have stretch marks.”

These are all real reasons given to me by women who I find so stunningly beautiful, that I’ve BEGGED them to let me photograph them. And, not just so that I can have the bragging rights of producing good images. I want to show them what *I* see when I look at them.

Beautiful. Empowered. Strong.

Boudoir is not just about being sexy and showing off your body in lingerie. It’s about finding that inner Vixen (or, for the guys, that inner Stallion) that lives inside of each and every one of us and bringing them out to claim their POWER.

Let me show you how beautiful you are to the rest of the world.

How She Got Her Groove Back~ NJ Boudoir Photographer

This stunning lady entered a drawing on my page to win a session. I had asked people to enter and tell me why they wanted to do a boudoir shoot. Of course, the winner is chosen via an unbiased random computer program, but I was thrilled when she popped up as the winner.

Her response was that she had given birth to 2 large babies and had worked her tushie off to get her body back. Her hard work and dedication is evident here. She has clearly dedicated herself to not only making her body LOOK good, but to also be strong and healthy for herself.

We met for her consultation and I was immediately drawn to her quirky personality and beautiful features. We discussed what she was looking for out of this session and that was to showcase that personality and her new body and create a gift for her husband that he would cherish for years. This was such a fun session and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know her through this process.

I recently took a trip back to my hometown to visit family and managed to sweet talk my gorgeous sister into modeling for me. Believe it or not, this is my OLDER sister. She is nearing the end of her 30s, but clearly doesn’t look a day over 21. I am super excited for her to be the first post here on The Scarlet Fox Boudoir!!!
